Consistent results and service

This was my third time ordering the EPM Support Formula from Simply Equine. I've always been happy with the product's quality, and this time was no different. My horse tolerates it well. The shipping was fast this time, got here in 3 days. It's why I keep coming back, they're reliable.

Helpful analysis and supplements

I purchased the Equine Hair Analysis for my mare, along with some Digestive Support and Liver and Kidney Support based on the recommendations. Sending the hair sample was easy with the kit they provided; the instructions were clear. The analysis itself took about 9 days to process, which felt a little long, but the report was very detailed and easy to understand. It really pinpointed some areas I hadn't considered. The supplements arrived quickly after I placed that second order, in just 4 days. My mare has been on them for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a subtle improvement in her overall coat and energy. I did have a question about one of the dosages, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was good. Overall, a positive experience and I plan to retest in a few months.

Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the Equine Hair Analysis and the process for sending in the sample was straightforward. The results were useful, though it took about 10 days to get them back. Shipping for the kit itself felt a bit slow, took 5 days to reach me in California.

What's the deal with returns? If a supplement doesn't work for my horse, can I send it back?

S Sofia 5 days ago
I think their policy is usually for unopened stuff, or maybe if there's a defect. I haven't personally returned anything though, so I'd double-check their site.

They're pretty good about returns if there's an issue or if you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, but for opened supplements because they 'didn't work', I'm not so sure. Most places don't take those back.

Are their products actually 100% natural like they say? Or is it just marketing fluff?

B Brittany Roberts 1 week ago
From what I can tell, they're really transparent about their ingredients and sourcing. They seem to use legit herbal stuff, not a bunch of fillers or synthetic junk. That's why I started using them.

I've looked into it a bit and they do emphasize the natural aspect. I haven't seen anything that makes me doubt their claims. Seems like pretty pure stuff, which is what I want for my animals.

Hey, I'm thinking about doing the hair analysis bundle. Are there any coupon codes I should be looking for or is the bundle discount automatic?

S Sean H. 19 hours ago
The bundle discount for the hair analysis and supplements is usually automatic, you don't need a code for that one. It just applies in the cart.

J Justin M. 7 hours ago
Yeah, I've never seen a separate coupon for the hair analysis bundles. It's built into the pricing when you select that option. They do occasional other codes for different things, but for the bundles it's usually just a straight discount.

So, how long does the hair analysis usually take? Like from when I send it in to getting results back?

R Richard N. 5 days ago
Mine took about 2 weeks from when I mailed the sample until I got the report back in my email. They're usually pretty good about getting them done efficiently.

It can vary a bit. My first one was super quick, maybe 10 days. The last one, around a holiday, took closer to 3 weeks. Depends on how busy they are I guess.

Hey, thinking about trying out the EPM support for my mare. Do these supplements actually work or is it just snake oil?

J John 2 weeks ago
I've used their EPM support for my gelding, and honestly, I saw a pretty noticeable improvement. Not a miracle cure but definitely helped his coordination and overall demeanor. Their stuff is all natural herbs so it takes a bit to kick in.

Yeah, a friend of mine swears by their joint support. She says her older horse is moving way better. I think they use pretty high-quality ingredients based on what I've read.

Can I use their supplements if my horse is already on some vet-prescribed medication for something else?

H Hannah J. 4 weeks ago
I always check with my vet first before adding anything new, especially if they're on meds. Better safe than sorry with herbs and meds mixing.

S Susan Williams 4 weeks ago
My vet actually said some of the Simply Equine stuff could complement traditional meds, but yeah, definitely run it by your own vet to be safe. They know your horse's history best.

Compared to something like Silver Lining Herbs, what makes Simply Equine better? Trying to decide which brand to go with.

B Brian Garcia 1 month ago
I used Silver Lining for a while but switched to Simply Equine because I really liked the hair analysis thing. It felt more tailored to my horse's specific needs rather than just guessing.

B Brian Anderson 1 month ago
Simply Equine focuses a lot on the holistic, analysis-driven approach. Other brands like Silver Lining are good too, but Simply Equine's whole 'diagnose then treat' with natural stuff feels more comprehensive to me. Plus, their ingredients seem really clean.

Is there any way to get a discount on my first order? Looking to get a hair analysis done and some supplements.

J Jeff H. 1 week ago
They often have a first order discount pop-up on their site, or a code for signing up for their newsletter. Keep an eye out for that.

I got a small discount when I bundled the hair analysis with a few supplements, so that's definitely a way to save some cash. They seem to do automatic discounts a lot.
